Enhancing PRM Education: Updates from ISPRM’s Education Committee at #ISPRM2024

- Updated Curricula: The committee has developed and disseminated a comprehensive core curriculum for postgraduate education. Recently, an updated undergraduate curriculum in PRM was released, reflecting advancements in science and evolving patient needs.
- Ongoing Updates: The committee is actively revising the postgraduate core curriculum to incorporate recent scientific breakthroughs and patient-driven demands. This update will also include professional activity assessments for PRM residents, with completion expected by the year’s end.
- Innovative Learning Resources: Plans are underway to create a series of podcasts addressing critical issues and exciting topics in PRM, designed for quick learning in just 30 minutes.
- Workshop and Survey Insights: An upcoming workshop will explore barriers to implementing quality education standards globally, with insights from European, American, Asian, and African perspectives. The session will also reveal findings from a survey assessing challenges in postgraduate education among ISPRM delegates.
