During the Assembly of Individual Members (AIM), to take place on Sat 7 March 2020, 18:00-19:00, (ROOM: Gatlin E5) during the ISPRM World Congress in Orlando, ELECTIONS will be held for the following positions:
WE ARE INVITING CANDIDATES TO SUBMIT THEIR NOMINATIONS BY SUNDAY 15 DECEMBER 2019 19 JANUARY, 2020
Note: One person may fulfill both of the below roles within the Assembly of Individual Members and may be elected as AIM Chair. See:

- Chair of Active Individual Member
The Chair will also represent his/her geographic area in the EC.
- Representatives of Active Individual Members to the Executive Committee (EC) - 2020-2022
2 Representatives of Active Individual Members to the Executive Committee - two additional positions are vacant, representatives will be elected for 2 of the following areas (1 will be the elected AIM Chair):
- Americas
- Asia & Oceania
- Europe, Eastern Mediterranean, Africa
Note: This role will go into effect during the Executive Committee II meeting on Sun 08 March at 9:00 AM, St. Johns 27, the Executive Committee I meeting will be held with those currently in position.

5 Representatives of Active Individual members to the Assembly of Delegates - representatives will be elected from the following ISPRM areas:
- Asia & Oceania Representatives AIM to the AoD (3 positions available)
- Americas Representatives AIM to the AoD (2 positions available)
Note: This role will go into effect during the Assembly of Delegates meeting during the ISPRM 2021 World Congress, however upon election you are invited as an observer to join the Assembly of Delegates meeting on Sunday 08 March 14:00-18:00, (ROOM: St. Johns 30/31).
The nominations and election process will be held according to the Article 7 of the Statutes and Appendix II of the Policies & Procedures (revision proposed at the AIM in Kobe, 2019) of ISPRM.

The Assembly of Individual Members is authorized to advocate for the interests of Individual Members of the Society.
The functions of the Assembly of Individual Members are to:
- propose activities of the Society to attain the goals of its individual Members
- determine its strategy.
- adopt activity reports and approve an annual plan of action.
- draft policies and rules of procedure for its activities and ensure that these are applied.elect representatives to the Assembly of Delegates (15) and Executive Committee (2).
- elect the Chair who will automatically represent his/her geographic area as the third AIM representative to the Executive Committee.
The Representatives to the Assembly of Delegates and Executive Committee will be advocating the interest of the Individual members in these respective bodies and take part in the strategic and operational decisions of ISPRM.
ELIGIBILITY
ELIGIBILITY
All individual members of ISPRM are considered members of the Assembly of Individual Members (AIM). However, only Active Individual Members are eligible for any of the above positions. Ensure your membership is up-to-date here before applying.
To be eligible for the position of Representative of Active Individual Members to the Executive Committee, you should fulfill the following additional criteria:
- to have a Medical Doctor degree with a PRM specialist title or equivalent
- to have at least 10 years of PRM practice or national equivalent
- to be an active and participating member in national and international PRM or related organizations
- to be actively practicing and/or participating in organizational activities in his/her own country
- to be an Active Member of the ISPRM (individually or through an Active National Society)
